This fringed ankle bootie with back zipper access has been popular for generations and historically has been one of our best-selling styles. There's something about the Trimbelle — perhaps it's the nostalgia factor ... or maybe the fringe — that really grabs your attention. And when you try them on, you discover that they also happen to be incredibly comfortable to wear. We've recently put a new spin on the style by considerably lengthening the fringe, resulting in a thoroughly modern take on a heritage style. We love them!
 
We've recently seen fashion write-ups about red boots, and this great crimson color is a great way to hop on that trend. The leather comes from a line of leathers that our primary leather distributor created specifically for Itasca Leathergoods and it's become one of our favorites. It's incredibly supple, breaks in easily, has a great waxy feel, and they wear fantastically. And this red color is soooooo very rich looking with a gorgeous depth of color that can only be appreciated in person. We love it.
 
These booties are appropriate for year-round use in warmer climates and are perfect for spring through fall in more northern climates. This style of bootie looks fantastic with skinny jeans or leggings but you'll see them worn with everything from shorts to maxi skirts. And that fringe ... everyone loves it!
